The weather has been so beautiful the past couple of weeks that we are hardly inside. But when Mommy needs a little break from the sun, we head in for some fun crafts!
Blane and I have been talking quite a bit about creation this week- questions that have risen from some coloring book pages we've done at home and from school activities (yay school for prompting more conversation about our creator!) Blane has been most excited to learn that Satan is the "bad guy" and in his words that "God will sword him in the end". Theology from a three year old is super precious!!!
My mother in law recommended Apple Prints and I thought it was a perfect craft to go along with the story of Adam and Eve!
It was fun for the boys to discover a star in the middle of an ordinary apple!
A little paint on the flat side and .......pretty cool star apple prints!
We also decided to make a volcano with our leftover Koolaid play dough - a BIG hit!
