I am always racking my brain for fun, meaningful, cost effective gift ideas for family. This idea is easy, peezy, japaneese! (Know what movie that's from?!)
Materials Needed:
Cloth/canvas bad (I got mine for $2 in the Target dollar bins)
Ink Jet printer
Inkjet canvas paper (Staples, or Hobby Lobby - $15 for 8 sheets)
Decorative trim (I used ribbon from Hobby Lobby, and an embellishment from HB)
Hot glue gun
This is so easy! Just print your picture onto the canvas paper, just as if you were printing on everyday paper. Just be sure to print on the SMOOTH side! Let the canvas dry. Center the canvas photo on the bag and glue with the hot glue gun. Measure your decorative trim/ribbon to fit the border of the canvas, then glue. Add any embellishment that you would like!
