Hi Jen - I get my backgrounds from www.thecutestblogontheblock.com and some of them have matching banners. Everything is free and super easy to use. I downloaded and saved the banner and then used powerpoint (lol, I know...I don't have a photo editing program, if you do you can use that) to add the text and photos. Save your finished image as a jpeg and then put it up as your header! Voila!
