This little guy is 21 months going on 21 years! He acts so old these days! I think having an older brother is enticing him to do things he wouldn't be doing yet otherwise! My little guy is going to soon eat us out of house and home. He LOVES eggs and milk, two things that I can't force Blane to eat : ) He adores books of any kind but is particularly partial to Go Dog Go. He always asks to hear "Light Up The Sky" by the Afters - it's by far his favorite song! He often will tell me, "Potty, pee pee!" over and over until I take him to sit on the potty. He just doesn't understand that the goal is to actually USE the potty, not to just sit and stare! He loves to offer assistance in buckling himself into his car seat - this makes him feel like a big boy! He can easily count to 4, and sometimes all the way to 7, but not consistently quite yet. His vocabulary is ever increasing and it's fun to hear several words being put together. His favorite phrase is "Daddy's home!!!" He is obsessed with Wonder Pets, especially the Beetles episode and he asks for it several times a day. Surprisingly Gavin will still let us cuddle and rock him at night time. One of his favorite night songs is Rock A Bye Baby and he asks for it by saying, "Cradle, fall?!" He is an absolute professional on his scooter and it's not uncommon for people to stop, stare, and comment about how cute and little he is riding around on the thing. This boy is spunky, determined, and full of life and fun!
