Scott and I enjoyed a week sans kiddos as I tagged along with him on an Exxon trip to Boston. We enjoyed so much about the city - and were especially excited to see the Red Sox play! After a few days in Boston we headed up to Kennebunkport for the weekend! The weather was cool, the food amazing, and the scenery breathtaking. We missed the kids like crazy but loved getting some alone time! It's always hard for me to leave my little ones, but then it's hard to come back to real life sometimes too. There's no gradual re-entry into being a mommy : ) But being away reminds me how thankful I am for my husband who is my best friend, and how much I love the job the Lord has given me in being a Momma!
