Gavin's first birthday was low-key, but still super fun! Nanna, Poppop, Aunt Leslie, Aunt Lara, and Uncle Andy came over and we jointly celebrated Poppop's and Gavin's birthdays. Sadly, both boys were sick and trying to recover from their reaction to the antibiotic, but I think the cookie cake helped to soothe any pain : ) Gavin is 13 months now, and it's still hard for me to admit that he's reached the big ONE. He is definitely a big boy now, and I think that I love him more with each day that passes!
